R packages

I’m maintaining or actively involved in a number of R packages.

The source code for all are available on Github in various repositories and this page provides an overview.

Packages

dataReporter is an R package for documenting and creating reports on data cleanliness. is a package for identification of potential errors in a data frame as part of the data screening process. Data screening is an important first step of any statistical analysis and dataReporter auto generates a customizable data report with thorough summary documentation of the checks and the results that a human can use to identify possible errors.
DKcpr A package for working with Danish CPR numbers (personal identification numbers), checking their validity, and extracting information from them.
geeasy An improved R package for GEE analysis.
MESS The MESS package contains a collection of various semi-useful functions that I have written and over the years. There is no real overall theme to the functions in the package except I personally find them awfully useful.
MethComp Methods (standard and advanced) for analysis of agreement between measurement methods. These cover Bland-Altman plots, Deming regression, Lin’s Total deviation index, and difference-on-average regression. See Carstensen B. SuperRanker Methods for computing the sequential rank agreement score when comparing rankings of multiple lists.

The following package are in an early state. Still functional but not really that full fledged.
